Getting back into your Jellevo account is straightforward, but there are a few things worth knowing to make the process as smooth as possible. Whether you're logging in for the first time on a new device or returning after a break, this guide covers everything.

Your Jellevo login credentials are the email address and password you chose when you registered. These are unique to your account and should never be shared with anyone. If you've changed your email address since registering, contact support at [email protected] to update your account details before attempting to log in.

Jellevo uses session-based authentication, which means your login session is tied to your browser or app. On mobile devices, the Jellevo app keeps you logged in automatically unless you manually log out or your session expires due to inactivity. On desktop browsers, sessions typically last 24 hours before requiring you to log in again.

Forgot Your Password? Here's What to Do

Forgetting a password happens to everyone. On Jellevo, resetting your password is quick and doesn't require contacting support in most cases. Here's the process:

• Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form above.
• Enter the email address associated with your Jellevo account.
• Check your inbox for a password reset email — it usually arrives within two minutes.
• Click the link in the email and choose a new password. The link expires after 30 minutes for security reasons.
• Log in with your new password. You'll be prompted to confirm the change on your next session.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there after five minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and we'll verify your identity and help you regain access.

Keeping Your Jellevo Account Secure

Your Jellevo account holds real money, so keeping it secure is important. Here are the steps we recommend every player takes to protect their account:

• Use a strong, unique password. Don't reuse a password from another website. A strong password has at least 10 characters and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). Once logged in, go to Account Security and enable 2FA. This adds a one-time code sent to your mobile number every time you log in from a new device.
• Don't log in on public Wi-Fi. Public networks can be monitored. If you need to log in while out, use your mobile data connection instead.
• Log out on shared devices. If you ever log in on a friend's phone or a shared computer, always log out manually when you're done.
• Check your login history. Jellevo shows your recent login activity in Account Settings. If you see a login you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact support.

Logging In on the Jellevo Mobile App

The Jellevo mobile app is the fastest way to log in and start playing. Once you've downloaded the app from the App page and logged in for the first time, the app remembers your session so you can jump straight to your games without entering your credentials every time.

The app supports the same login credentials as the website — your registered email and password. There's no separate app account or registration required. If you're already a Jellevo member, just download the app, enter your details once, and you're set.

For players who prefer not to type their password every time, the app also supports biometric login on compatible devices. Enable fingerprint or face unlock from the app's security settings after your first login.
